Carol Trevelyan Strategy Group is a political consulting agency that depends on teamwork and collaboration. We created a village approach to the design of this extensive warehouse remodel, with semi-enclosed spaces for team leaders and adjacent open spaces for team member workstations. Open sight lines and a strong sense of connectedness translates into a workspace that explicitly reflects the principles behind their approach to wcollaboration. We also introduced lots of natural light, both for quality of life and to save on lighting costs, with automatic switching for light fixtures adjusting to available daylight.
